Yellow Bell Sleeve Top

September 21, 2016

Happy Wednesday!  I am super stoked because Designated Survivor premieres tonight and I love a good political drama like Kanye loves Kanye, if we’re being honest.  With Scandal not coming back until January, I have a big hole in my fall tv watching schedule and figured this might be the show to fill it.

Bell sleeves are without a doubt one of the big trends for fall this year and this mustard yellow top pretty much called my name.  It is sheer to the point where I needed a camisole underneath to stay decent.  The hem is a high low that hits me at the hipbone in the front and covers my rear.
While the color isn’t quite for everyone, I do love how yellow looks on me and this shade is right on trend for fall.  I kept this outfit simple and paired it with my new pair of jeans; I love the way these fit.  I did go up one size from my standard LOFT denim size.  This shade of yellow would look great with a cognac tote or crossbody but I pulled out my trusty leopard clutch to add a fall print to this look.
