I snagged this leather mini crossbody right before the holidays and love it! Mentioning it as part of my uniform was a no brainer because I carry this bad boy everywhere. It can act as a wallet, wristlet, or crossbody, has a place for your phone, and has RFID protection to keep your personal information and card numbers secure. This cognac leather all in one is going to be your BFF if you’re always on the go, hate carrying purses, or want something you can grab out of your huge purse when you’re just running into Target for one thing {that inevitably turns into 6 things}.

Moto jackets have been THE MOVE for a hot minute here; I caved and ordered this cropped one in brown because I know it’ll go with everything. Lately, I’ve been throwing this on over basic and graphic tees and then sliding into my skinny jeans or ponte pants. It’s one of those outfit combinations that I don’t think about at all, can throw on and accessorize in under five minutes, and looks chic.

Simple Winter Uniform, $500 Target Giveaway + Closet Staples You Need | Add Blush Pink

While I love the neutrals between the brown suede jacket and my striped tee, I knew I wanted to add a little bit of color. I put on these blush pink statement earrings; they’re a newer release from Baublebar’s line for Target, Sugarfix. One of the things I love about the Sugarfix line is that the pieces are so lightweight. I love the statement earring trend but hate when they weigh my ears down. All of the earrings I have from the Sugarfix line don’t pull on your earlobes, are super affordable, and go with tons of outfits.

Since I was rocking these blush fringe earrings, I pulled out these girly bow kitten heels. You can get these in all black or these ones with the contrasting blush pink bows. These cute, bow shoes are under $30 too. I love the feminine touch they add to a basic look like my winter uniform.

    I definitely feel you about not being inspired during the winter. I mainly wear a beanie, jeans, and a navy,cream,or grey sweater.

    I am with you–winter is not my favorite and I have a hard time getting inspired and motivated when it’s freezing outside! I LOVE this look though–how fun are those shoes??? I think I need them. 🙂
