Let me start by saying that I feel like I’m one of the few people that isn’t obsessed with fall, but there are still some things I’m excited about each year. Here are some of the things still on my list:

I snagged this top a few weeks ago off Jane, a daily deal website, and honestly wish I’d gotten the other two colors. The fabric is so soft, the stripes make it super versatile, and the dramatic ruffle sleeves make it a dressed up version of basic tee. Lately, I’ve been wearing it with my vests; the simple layering works well for the cooler mornings and warm afternoons.

Also surprise! This came in black and white stripes as well as a version with navy stripes, but I branched out and grabbed the burgundy stripes. The maroon stripe knit perfectly incorporates one of the hottest colors for fall.

For this casual weekend look, I tied in another popular fall color with my olive slip on sneakers; these ones are on sale right now, be sure to size down. These ones are perforated and super comfortable for trekking through an orchard or going to a local weekend festival.

I did break a fashion rule by mixing up my metals; believe it or not these Kendra Scott earrings were an amazing Nordstrom Rack clearance find! What I love about these statement earrings is that the piece brings an edgy vibe to a feminine staple accessory. I threw on my gold Rebel pendant necklace as I was scampering out the door. This necklace is a little bit more than I typically spend on costume or fashion jewelry, but this pendant is one that you’ll get a ton of wear out of. I’ve actually taken this piece with me when I’ve traveled because of its versatility. Want to go with a shorter necklace? I’ve also worn this top with my short ampersand necklace!
