Tourney Time Style

March 16, 2017

It’s the first day of the greatest month of the year! I told you all that March Madness is my favorite and today I’m sharing some tourney time style.  Most ladies I know have mad love for the closet workhorse known as a tee shirt dress.  I’m breaking down the easy peasy way to perfect your casual tourney time outfit.

What’s the skinny on the tee shirt dress for tourney time style?

Just about every gal in my life owns a tee shirt dress; they’re comfortable, affordable, and come in just about every color under the sun.  If you don’t have one in your school’s colors, don’t panic!  Throw on your dress and grab a tee shirt from your school of choice.  Ready for the easiest layering ever?  Pull it on over your dress and knot it at the waist.  You can pair this with boots like I did here or a pair of sneakers for a casual, weekend look.

Devil’s in the details:

I pulled out my trusty leopard clutch to add a little bit of a print mix and some cattiness.  This dupe surprised me with its quality and the fact that it has the calf hair look.  The piece definitely looks like it costs more than $35 and is a fraction of a cost of the designer clutch I lusted after — major plus.  This exact dupe is sold out, but I put two different options in the shop my post widgets!  I loved the blue faux leather pockets on the front of this dress so to make them pop, I grabbed a blue statement necklace.

Thank you to SheIn for partnering with me on this post. As always, all opinions shared are my own.
