These past few days have been completely unlike any I can remember.  It felt weird to jump back into blog content without addressing how weird life is right now, but I thought I’d share some ideas of how to stay connected with others during social distancing.  I’m an extroverted introvert and know that getting outside human interaction will be key to my own survival.

This week has been emotionally draining and I know I’m not alone in that.  Please know that I’m sending love and good thoughts to all of you as we figure out our new normal.
