She’s My Cherry Pie: the Draper James Dress Your Closet Needs

June 13, 2017

It’s not a well-kept secret that blogging allows me some very cool opportunities.  Last month after the Summit at Fritz Farm opened in Lexington, Kentucky, I got invited to the Draper James grand opening.  Unfamiliar with the brand?  Draper James is the southern inspired clothing, accessory and home line started by Reese Witherspoon.  The Lexington store is the third overall following the first store in Nashville and another in Dallas.

Pleats and Thank You to the Maxi; How to Wear a Bodysuit

June 5, 2017

The bodysuit is BACK, y’all.  I won’t front; I fought this trend because I hate the idea of inevitably having to get naked just to go to the bathroom, but bodysuits with snaps have redeemed this trendy item.  I’m sharing how to wear one for the summer months ahead with a pleated maxi skirt.

Check Yes or Be Green with Envy

May 30, 2017

It’s no secret that I have a thing for gingham; I blame it on being a summer baby and gingham being the unofficial print of summer fashion.  So it came as no surprise that I fell in love with this green gingham top after seeing it in Charming Charlie.  This off the shoulder blouse is super affordable at just $25 AND I have a code below that gets you $10 off a purchase of $60+.

Green Gingham & White Jeans

Graduating to the Next Level of Style with Francesca’s

May 25, 2017

{This post is sponsored by Francesca’s!  Thank you for supporting the brands that allow me to pursue What Nicole Wore.  All opinions shared are my own.}

This time of year can be so busy with end of the school year, graduations, Memorial Day weekend — the list goes on!  For me, one of the ways I’ve learned to stop overextending myself is to figure out my one-stop shops and knock everything off my to-do list in one swoop.  That’s one of the reasons I love shopping at Francesca’s; no matter what outfit I’m looking for or which friend or family member is on my gift list, I know I’ll be able to find an item that’s just what I need.

Today, I’m sharing the pleated skirt that’s perfect to wear to graduation.

What to Wear to Graduation: Pleated Skirt
featured | cold shoulder tank {also comes in olive} + pleated skirt {UNDER $50} + blush block heel {go down half a size} + cat eye sunglasses + howlite and hot pink statement earrings + periwinkle beaded necklace + cognac camera bag {comes in more colors} –all items courtesy of Francesca’s—
