With summer coming to a close, it’s felt like everything’s been happening at once.  From last minute trips, visits from family, and keeping up with friends it can be hard to just take a minute to myself.  I know I’m not the only one feeling this way which really helps but I wanted to share how I take time for myself in the busy moments and how I recognize those same busy moments for friends.
