With Mardi Gras tomorrow, it felt right to have a fun and colorful post to start off the week. This seersucker tassel dress from Romwe was beyond fitting to break out last week while we were living through 70 degree days. Speaking of which, warm weather please come back ASAP. I didn’t even get to enjoy a smoothie before you left again.

So what’s the skinny on this seersucker tassel dress?
Seersucker and tassels. Seriously y’all this one size fits all number is a color lover’s dream. {Fair warning, this one size may not actually fit all.} While it’s long enough for me to comfortably wear as a dress, I’m planning on using this dress as my coverup for summer ’17. {Although I’m currently crossing my fingers and toes that I can manage a quick getaway during my break between winter and spring quarters – stay tuned!} What I liked best about styling this dress was that the bright tassels form an upside down triangle over the bust and no necklace is needed!
The devil’s in the details:
It only made sense to fully embrace the summer vibes of this frock by pairing it with my pom pom lace up sandals. These ones are under $50 but I’ve been eyeballing this pair that’s just over $50, because I think they may stay up better.
