We are officially prowling into fall and I can’t help but reach for bold colors.  For me, color is one of those little things that improves my mood.  When I spied this purple, leopard sweater I knew it was one I wanted to snag to step away from my fall neutrals.

Prowling Into Fall with Best Leopard Print | The Sweater

This sweater is one I snagged while getting ready for the Darling State of Mind new store opening.  The bold color was what caught my eye, but I ended up sizing up to a medium for an oversized fit that would work well with leggings.  It’s still available in sizes small, medium, and large & the large comes in a more traditional cream leopard as well.

Prowling Into Fall with Best Leopard Print | Finishing Touches

To finish out the look, I wore a pair of leopard booties.  This pair has been heavy in my fall shoe rotation; with the low heel, they’re comfortable to walk around in.  One of my favorite accent colors is turquoise and I’ve long loved the way it looks with fuchsia.  Even though the color combination is pretty bold, I pulled out my turquoise statement necklace to finish out this outfit.
