When getting my closet ready for fall I had a couple things on my list: an oversized sweater and a pair of faux leather leggings.  Sharing how I paired the two pieces in this post for an easy and casual fall outfit.  Best of all this looks put together even if you throw it on at the last minute.

I don’t typically buy things that are oversized, but loved the hot pink of this sweater and knew it would be great to wear with leggings for fall.  The loose knit combined with the oversized factor gives it a cute and cozy look that could be paired be with jeans as well.

How to Rock the Oversized Sweater | The Leggings

These leggings have been raved about time and time again but the price really held me back.  When they were marked down during the Nordstrom sale, I decided to order a pair so I could at least try them on.  Clearly, I was blown away.  The fit is super comfortable and holds you in without feeling constricting.  They also are available in a moto and camo version {eyeing the moto ones next!}

How to Rock the Oversized Sweater | Accessorize!

Finally, like most good outfits — the key is to find some solid accessories!  I’ve raved about my leopard clutch before, but it really is a piece that can pull together a look.  While the original version is a bit pricey, the dupe I found is of great quality and quite literally a fraction of the price at just $40.
