What to Wear for Kentucky Game Day

My Kentucky Wildcats lost in a heartbreaking overtime loss last weekend ending their undefeated run, but I’m still pretty excited about the season they’re having!  Today I’m sharing an outfit I’d wear for a Kentucky game day.  {And if you’re heartbroken about the Football Cats loss, it’s Big Blue Madness this Friday!}

What to Wear for Kentucky Game Day | Buffalo Plaid is Back

Buffalo plaid is always one of the hottest prints for the cooler months and so I knew I wanted to snatch up this Draper James wrap dress.  The material is thicker and will pair well with tights when the temperatures drop.  I love that this style is a tie wrap to add a bit of feminine flare.  The plaid features blue and a deep navy that can -almost- pass as black.  This number is definitely one that I’ll keep wearing for big blue game days for awhile.

What to Wear for Kentucky Game Day | It’s All in the Details

Like I mentioned, the navy check in this dress almost appears black so I took full advantage and wore these black slingback wedges from Bearpaw.  They’re super comfortable to walk in and I really like the perforated look.  I kept things relatively simple aside from this and threw on these floral, tassel earrings from Sugarfix.  The Baublebar for Target line has these in a few different colors and they’re under $15!
