It’s the last day of February so it’s only right that we recap the second half of the month as seen on Instagram. {Also, I was a horrible blogger and did nothing blog related this weekend which pretty much never happens. It was nice to take a break and be busy with life but I think if anything it showed me how “into” blogging I am.}
I wore this sweatshirt {again} yesterday and can tell you that it is SO comfortable, $17, beyond cute and always gets compliments. You definitely need one in your closet.
This is hands down, without a doubt one of my favorite outfits in February and maybe so far this year too. Gimme all the winter white.
My friend Rachel got me this mug and it was the sweetest thing ever; I talked about finding friends that support your passions and how important it is in last week’s post, but just in case you missed it – it’s super important to find friends that cheer you on in every aspect of your life.
I’ve had so much fun styling these duck boots; I love that they’re fleece lined and keep my feet super warm, they’re comfortable and a great price right now.
Incorporating as much spring color as I can into my outfits has been a personal goal lately to keep things exciting especially with the bleh weather we have during February.
I love this bold floral print with my neutral outfit. I threw on my pink flats to bring out some of the bright, spring colors as well as my long pink tassel necklace.
I highly recommend the Yellow Polka Dot Bikini smoothie if you stop by one of the three locations in Louisville {there’s also locations in Lexington and Cincinnati!} I tried the Nutty Date cold pressed juice and it was alright but definitely not my favorite. Tell me what your juice favorites are!
I caved in and bought a pair of distressed jeans; I really like that these aren’t overly distressed for a wide variety of reasons including: if I’m wearing jeans I don’t want to shave my legs and the knee is the biggest rip so my legs are still warm. This red lip is my favorite and don’t forget you can try renting designer eyewear free for a month at DITTO with code “whatnicolewore.” I haven’t completely decided what pair to try next.
I can’t wait to wear this at some point; flat lays are my favorite way to kind of take inventory of what’s in my closet and the different ways I can style them.
