How I Style It: Fall Dresses - What Nicole Wore

It’s the first Wednesday of the month which means that it’s time for another How I Style It blog hop. For November, we are all styling fall dresses to give inspiration for the start of holiday season. While I was getting ready to shoot this post, I realized I haven’t actually picked up a new dress this fall so I’m styling a tunic dress with a skirt. {Shhh always cheating the system….}

Back at it with the knee highs! I finally decided to indulge and purchase a pair of over the knee boots {from Monday’s post!} last week and that same day, Charming Charlie sent me this black pair; obviously it was time for me to embrace the trend. This pair is under $50 which is a total steal and come up to my lower thigh. What I like about this pair is that I can flip the tops over or leave them up. The zipper is on the back and stops right below the back of your knee.

The shirt comes in a huge range of color options and is super easy to style; whether you do a half tuck into your jeans and throw on a blanket scarf or casually wear it with leggings. I’m wearing the small here and could definitely size down to a XS to get rid of some of the extra bagginess.
