Fridays are usually reserved for favorites around here, but we’re switching things up a bit to show another #WNWdoesDerby look.  This Derby outfit is all about embracing bold color with a dress from Pink Blush that you can easily wear all summer for vacations, the pool, and weekends.

You Asked! All About Affiliate Links & New Way to Shop

April 11, 2018

Hey hey, y’all! Last week Facebook and Instagram made some API changes so I figured it would be a good time to talk about some of the ways to shop my outfits if you’re following along on Instagram. While outlining the post, I realized I’ve never really talked in depth about affiliate links and how I use them.

Yellow From the Other Side: On Privacy

April 9, 2018

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about privacy. Despite the fact that I put a lot of my life out there between my blog and social media, I’m somewhat old fashioned when it comes to keeping my cards close to the chest so to speak. I think most people that know me on a personal level would categorize my personality as more guarded; I don’t think one way is wrong but thought it might be kind of neat to talk about why I’m careful about what details I give out. As an added bonus, I’m sharing all the details on Dress & Dwell’s new pop up shop here in Louisville!

BTW, I’m hosting a fun giveaway on my Instagram story {ends around 9:15 PM eastern on April 9th} for an Urban Decay Naked palette, 2 Vice lipsticks, a NYX Cosmetics Wonderstick and NYX butter gloss!
