Hello from my house!  Last night while I couldn’t fall asleep I thought through my quarantine to do list.  While my current productivity level makes me think that this won’t all happen…I’m optimistically sharing! Some of you may be super creative and productive during quarantine and I salute you.  {Also please safely pass along some of that motivation.}

How to Stay Connected During Social Distancing

These past few days have been completely unlike any I can remember.  It felt weird to jump back into blog content without addressing how weird life is right now, but I thought I’d share some ideas of how to stay connected with others during social distancing.  I’m an extroverted introvert and know that getting outside human interaction will be key to my own survival.

“Don’t Be Nervous!” Unpacking Life with Anxiety & Depression

This is my third time writing this blog post, but I’m choosing to believe that this third time has to be the charm.  Life with anxiety and depression is frustrating mostly because it gets summed up as nervous and sad.  In my experience, there’s {unfortunately} a lot more to it.
